For this reason, we have built up a special app, today we are going to share the process to unlock Mobily E5577s-932. How to unlock Mobily E5577s-932 4G Router
Download and Install Drivers from here. If you are facing problems in driver installation follow this link.
Download Mobily E5577s-932 Unlock App and open it. Go to User Login (Default username and password is unlockmyrouter).
After successful login, Click on “Auto Detect Device”, your device information will get displayed.
Note: If you get the message connection failed or login failed, Download this file, extract and run it. It will enable the com ports and will open Device Manager, check if there are two Com ports. If the ports are present, Click Login/AutoDetect. If you can’t see two ports, you have to fix the driver issue.
After successful detection, Choose Flash Firmware option and click the submit button. It will ask you to enter a code, type the code here received after the payment and click OK.
Your device will restart and the Mobily E5577s-932 screen will look similar to the one given below.
Soon the firmware installation process will also start automatically.
Wait for the installation to finish.
Your E5577s-932 Mobily router is now unlocked and will work with any SIM card. Restart it to apply the new settings by choosing Restart Device option and click Submit.
Unlock code is not free. You will have to pay 6 USD to get the App Code. Kindly proceed only if you agree to pay the same.
The router is unlocked sucessfully but it only connects to 3g networks not 4g
Unlocking removes the restrictions of using other SIM only. 3G/4G depends on the frequency supported by the hardware and used by the network provider.

It worked, but when placing another sim (ex. STC) I only get a 3G connection and it never connects to 4G and the connection is extremely slow. Also when i place mobile sim the network signal is now much weaker 1 bar only while previously and on my mobile I get 4bars
is there an updated version of the firmware that we can use that is better than the current one???

If you are not able to connect to internet then it means you have to set the APN by login to the router, it is not an issue, this is common thing.
21.328.62.00.1133-BT This will not work in your router.
I recieved Code , but when i try to Unlock . always facing message (Incorrect Error Code )
Please detect the router in the unlocking app and send the screenshot of the following via email at [email protected]
1) The picture of the router details displayed in the unlocking APP by clicking on autodetect button.
2) The picture of the device manager after clicking on autodetect to check if driver missing.
3) The picture of the error message you have received.
